Art club will be hosting a community pizza paint night on Wednesday Nov. 19th at 5:30 pm. Cost is $15 for adults and $10 for students. Food, drink, and supplies all included. Huge congratulations are in order for soon-to-be graduating senior, Addison Ray, for officially signing to the University of Omaha Mavericks softball team! We send all of our best thoughts and encouragement with her as she moves into her college career next year.

Yesterday, we honored our veterans through food, song, and inspiration. Our speaker was Spc. Sierra Mitchell (Army) who reminded us that. "Courage isn't the absence of fear or pain; it's finding your voice when everything in you wants to go silent."

Big thank to all staff and students who continue to make Veteran's Day a special.

Once again, Ms. Mitchell is teaching the freshman American History class about revolution. The students peacefully protested through the halls of the school with their own "Boston Tea Party." Are the Intolerable Acts coming next from Mr. Matthias? We'll have to wait and see>>>

High School Varsity Basketball practice begins Monday, November 3 at 3:30. A parent meeting will be held at the conclusion of practice at 5:45. Please make plans to attend to meet the coaches and get all your questions answered. Hope to see you then!

Ending Red Ribbon Week with ghost, ghouls, Janet Jackson, and Willie Wonka and Oompa Loompas. The kids and staff had a great time.

Red Ribbon Week- Neon Day has most of us reliving the 80s! Neon everywhere...

The Council for Drug Free Youth spoke to upper-grade students at Cooper County R-IV School as part of Red Ribbon Week festivities. Students learned important information about the dangers and health risks associated with vaping.

Cooper County R-IV], welcomed a team member from the
Omegaman and Friends Assembly, one of the most requested and impactful school programs in
the nation.

The junior high girls Lady Dragons basketball team won the consolation trophy in the Show-Me Central Conference tournament, beating Tuscumbia 19-17 in Overtime. Way to go, girls.
