Interstate Studio will be at the school Tuesday, September 19 for picture day. Pre-K will start at 1:00PM and Seniors will finish up at approximately 2:10 with the traditional tux/drape photo.

The September 11 postponed softball game with Eldon has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 10 starting at 5:30. The game will be played at Bunceton.

The softball game scheduled with Eldon for tonight, September 11, has been postponed due to rain. The next game is tomorrow, September 12 at Russellville. The new start time is 6:15PM

1st Grade had a great first day of school!

Bunceton PTO is selling Shakespeare’s Pizza! Order forms will be sent home tomorrow and you can sell until October 3rd! Money is due when you turn in the form. Pick up for the pizzas will be October 23rd at parent teacher conferences. Prizes will be given to the top Elementary class and the top 7-12 class for selling the most pizza. The goal is for each student to sell 5 pizzas and if they do a prize will be given! Money will go towards the many projects that PTO sponsors for our school throughout the year! Thank you for supporting Bunceton PTO!

We apologize for the late notice but the bus routes will run normally tonight. Thank you for your patience as we work through these issues.

The start date for Junior High Basketball practice has been moved to Wednesday, 9/6. The first week of practice will be at Prairie Home with the bus leaving right after school is released. Girls will practice from 4-5:30 then the boys will follow from 5-6:30. Cheer will practice from 5:30-6:30. Bus should return to Bunceton around 6:50. Please make arrangements to have your child picked up. Thank you.

There have been some changes to the Softball schedule: The game at Tuscumbia scheduled for tonight, 8/31 has been cancelled. Secondly, the game at Boonville originally scheduled for 9/29 has been moved up to Wednesday, 9/27 at 5:00. Thirdly, the game time for the 9/12 game at Russellville has been pushed back to approximately 6:15.

There will be a player and parent meeting Thursday, 8/31 for all Junior High BOYS and parents interested in basketball. The meeting will be held in the Prairie Home Gym at 6:30

BPH Softball ended a long day with a good game, but came up on the wrong end of the scoreboard losing 5-10 to New Franklin. Don't forget the home games at Bunceton next week Monday and Tuesday against Sturgeon and Jamestown. Game time both nights are 5:40.

Second Game results: Boonville 15 BPH 0 BPH plays for 7th place around 6:15 at the High School Field against New Franklin.

BPH Softball lost the first game 17-0 to Eugene. Next game is against Boonville starting at 1:00

The Boonville Softball Tournament has been delayed by rain. BPH will play their first game starting at approximately 11:00 at Rolling Hills Field in Boonville.

Just a friendly reminder!

This is a quick reminder that the all staff and family picnic has been moved to the Lions club Sunday at 5 PM. Please bring a side dish to share and we hope to see you all there.

Fall Sports Practices start Monday, August 7. Softball will be at Bunceton from 4-6 PM and Baseball will be at Prairie Home from 9-11 AM. All students MUST have an active physical and proof of insurance on file before being allowed to practice. All players need 14 days of practices before the individual is allowed to compete. Please let the athletic directors at either Bunceton or Prairie Home know if you have any questions.

Bunceton Federated Church Annual Back to School Ice Cream Social and School Supply Giveaway will be this Sunday, August 6 from 2-4PM in the Church Basement.

This is a reminder that a Coaches/Parents meeting will be held at Prairie Home Gym on Monday, July 31 at 7PM. This includes the sports of Softball, Baseball, Jr. High Basketball and Cheerleading. We will be covering the co-op handbook. Physical forms as well as practice and game schedules will be distributed. Coaches will be available to answer all questions and go over rules and expectations. Hope to see you there tomorrow night!
